01Who we are
This website is run by Carosinho Gaming, the independent studio making Apex Manager. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
02Using the site
Browse, share and link to anything here. Please don’t try to break it, overload it or scrape it in bulk.
03Signing up
Signing up means printing a paddock pass: it’s free and comes with launch news. You need a working email address you own, and there’s one pass per email.
04Team names
Team names are first come, first served: each one prints on one pass and appears once in the credits. In the game itself every player can still name their team anything. Names must be original: real racing teams, car makers, sponsors, other brands and real drivers can’t be used, however they’re spelled. We may refuse or remove names that break this, are offensive or impersonate someone. We’ll tell you if that happens and let you pick another.
05The first 1,000
The first 1,000 passes are Principal passes. Principals get exactly four things: a numbered digital pass, their team name in the game’s credits, the Principal role on our Discord (shown with the code on the pass), and a vote among livery designs, with the winning livery added to the game after release. Passes 1 to 100 print as the gold Pole edition and 101 to 500 as the silver Front Row edition: different looks of the same pass. After 1,000, passes print as Paddock passes, which come with news and the Paddock role on our Discord (shown with the code on the pass).
06A thank-you, not a purchase
Passes and their perks are free. They can’t be bought, sold or transferred, and the number on a pass never changes.
07Dates and features
Apex Manager is in development. Dates, features, screenshots and the 3D car on this site show work in progress and can change before release.
08Our content
The name, logo, art, screenshots and 3D car are owned by Carosinho Gaming. Creators and press may use the press kit and in-game footage to cover the game. For anything else, ask us first.
09Fiction
Apex Manager is a work of fiction. Its teams, drivers and tracks are made up. The game is not affiliated with any real racing series, team or driver.
10Other sites
Links to Steam, YouTube, Instagram, X and Discord take you to sites with their own terms. We aren’t responsible for them.
11Liability
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
12Changes
If we update these terms, we change the date at the top. Big changes are announced to our mailing list.
