What we collect
When you print a paddock pass: your email address and the team name you choose. Nothing else.
Why
Only to send you news and updates about Apex Manager. We never sell or share your details, and never use them for advertising.
Keeping it safe
Your details are stored securely with trusted providers, using industry-standard protection.
Keeping bots out
Our sign-up form uses standard security checks to tell people from bots.
Visits
We count visits to the site anonymously, to see what people read. No cookies, no tracking, nothing that identifies you.
Confirming
Our first email asks you to confirm you still want news. If you don’t, we delete your address.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, reply to any of our emails or message us at @apexmanagergame on Instagram, X or TikTok.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update the date at the top.
